If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, here is our clear and simple return and exchange policy to help you easily resolve the problem.

1. Return Policy
We offer a 30-day free return service. You have 30 days from the date you received the product to request a return. If you decide to return the product, please ensure the following:
The product is unused: The returned product must be in new, unused condition and free of any human damage.
Original packaging is complete: The product should include the original packaging, labels, instructions and all accessories.
Return application: Please contact our customer service team within 30 days to inform you of the reason for your return and order information. We will provide you with a return address and further instructions.
Once we receive the returned product and confirm that it is eligible for return, you will receive a full refund (excluding return shipping costs).

2. Exchange Policy
If your silicone anti-skid table mat has quality problems or you received the wrong product, we provide you with a free exchange service. Please follow the steps below:
Quality Issues: If your item is defective or damaged, please contact our Customer Service team within 48 hours of receiving the item.
Wrong Item: If we have sent the wrong item, please notify us immediately and we will arrange a free exchange.
In these cases, we will arrange for the delivery of a replacement item at no additional cost to you. If the same item is not available, we will provide a similar item or a refund.

3. Return and Exchange Process
Contact Customer Service: If you wish to return or exchange an item, please contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible through the following methods:

Return Address: Our Customer Service team will provide a specific return address and detailed instructions after confirming the return or exchange request.
Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless there is a quality issue with the item or we have sent the wrong item. In this case, the return shipping costs are borne by us.

4. Refund Processing
Refund Method: Once we receive and confirm that the returned item is eligible for return, your refund will be processed within 7 business days. The refund will be returned to your original payment method, and the specific time depends on your bank or payment platform.
Refund amount: The refund amount is the actual amount you paid for the product, excluding shipping costs (unless there is a quality problem with the product or we sent the wrong product).

5. Returns and exchanges will not be accepted
We will not be able to process the following return and exchange applications:
The product has been used or worn, making it impossible to resell;
The product is lost or damaged, and our customer service is not contacted within the specified time;
The product is not returned to the original packaging as required or the accessories are incomplete;
The return exceeds the 30-day period after the purchase of the product.

6. Damaged or lost package
If you receive a damaged product or the package is lost during transportation, please contact the customer service team immediately. We will do our best to assist you in resolving the problem and provide a replacement or refund service.
Damaged products: After receiving the damaged product, please take photos of the product and packaging as soon as possible and provide us with relevant evidence. We will provide you with a quick solution.
Lost package: If your package is lost during transportation, please contact our customer service team within 10 days and we will initiate an investigation and take appropriate measures.
