COPYRIGHT NOTICE
Gripsili respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. This policy governs all designs, images, and text (“User Content”) submitted for product customization.
- User Content Warranties
By uploading or submitting any User Content to Gripsili, you represent and warrant that:
Ownership & Originality: You are the sole creator and legal owner of the User Content, or you possess express, written, and irrevocable permission from the copyright and trademark holder.
Trademark Compliance: The User Content does not feature unauthorized famous logos, brand names, slogans, or protected characters (including but not limited to entertainment, sports, or luxury fashion brands).
Authorization: You grant Gripsili a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to reproduce, modify, manufacture, or apply the User Content solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order at our Mexican production facility.
Non-Violation: Your submission does not infringe upon any third-party rights, including copyrights, trademarks, privacy, or publicity rights.
- Monitoring and Right to Refuse
To ensure compliance with payment processing standards and international laws:
Proactive Review: Gripsili reserves the right (but is not obligated) to monitor and review User Content. We may, at our sole discretion, reject or cancel any order that we believe contains infringing, unauthorized, or illegal material.
Order Cancellation: If an order is flagged for potential infringement, we will notify you and issue a refund in accordance with our Refund Policy. This action is taken to protect the integrity of our platform and comply with financial regulations.
- Indemnification
You are solely responsible for the legal and financial liabilities arising from the user content you provide. You agree to indemnify and hold Gripsili harmless from and against any claims, damages, losses, or legal costs (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in connection with any third-party intellectual property infringement claims related to the content you submit. - Notice and Takedown Procedure (DMCA & EU Compliance)
If you believe that any material on our website infringes upon your intellectual property rights, please submit a written notice to our designated agent at crossborder.customers@gripsili.com.
Your notice must include:
A physical or electronic signature of the rights owner or authorized agent.
Clear identification of the copyrighted work or trademark claimed to be infringed.
The specific URL(s) or location of the infringing material on our site.
Your contact information (Full Name, Address, Phone, Email).
A “Good Faith” statement that the use is not authorized by the owner or the law.
An “Accuracy Declaration” made under penalty of perjury.
