SSL/TLS Protection: The entire Gripsili website is encrypted using industry-standard SSL/TLS technology. You can verify this by the “https://” prefix and the padlock icon in your browser’s address bar.
No Local Storage Policy: Gripsili’s servers never store, process, or transmit your full credit card details. We only retain non-sensitive information (such as the card type, last four digits, and transaction ID) necessary for order verification and customer support.

Billing Descriptor: Please note that transactions on your bank statement will appear under the name “GRIPSILI”. Recognizing this name helps prevent accidental “unauthorized transaction” reports, which can delay your order processing.
Currency & International Fees: While we display prices in local currencies for your convenience, your bank may occasionally charge a small international transaction fee as we are a cross-border merchant. Please consult your card issuer for details.
