TRANSPORT AGREEMENT

1. Order Processing Time
All items are shipped directly from our facility in Mexico. Customized products require 2 business days for in-house production, and will be shipped within 2 business days after production is completed. You will receive a notification email once your package has left our warehouse.
2. Estimated Delivery Timelines
We utilize a network of premium international carriers (such as DHL, UPS, DPD, GLS) to provide reliable and fast transit:
Europe and the United States: Delivery is expected within 8 business days after dispatch.
Delivery Guarantee: If a package is officially confirmed as lost in transit by the carrier, we will immediately offer a free replacement or a full refund.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated in real-time based on your order weight, dimensions, and destination. The final shipping cost will be displayed at the checkout page before you complete your purchase.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international orders outside the European Union, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Gripsili is not responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may be applied by your local government.
5. Order Tracking
Every Gripsili order includes a dedicated tracking number. Once shipped, you will receive an email containing a link to track your package in real-time through the carrier’s official website.
6. Shipping Protection & Receipt
Please inspect your package upon arrival. If the exterior is significantly damaged, please document the damage with photos and contact our customer service team immediately at crossborder.customers@gripsili.com.
