Welcome to Gripsili By accessing our website and purchasing our bespoke products, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. These terms outline our mutual obligations and ensure a transparent shopping experience.

2. BESPOKE PRODUCTS & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Our service provides high-quality, customized and made-to-order floor protection solutions.

2.1 Content Restrictions: Customers are strictly prohibited from uploading or requesting the printing of designs that contain unauthorised commercial logos, registered trademarks, or any copyrighted material for which they do not hold explicit permission.

2.2 Ownership Confirmation: At the point of checkout, you are required to confirm the following: “I confirm that I own the legal copyright/usage rights for this design, and it does not contain protected commercial trademarks.”

2.3 Manual Review Process: To ensure legal compliance, every order undergoes a manual review by our team within 24 working hours.

If approved: Your order will be confirmed via email, and production will commence.

If flagged (unauthorised content): The order will be cancelled immediately, and a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. You will be notified of this action via email.

3. ORDER MODIFICATIONS & CANCELLATIONS
We understand that plans can change. You are entitled to an unconditional full refund if you request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order. Once this window has passed, the bespoke production process begins, and cancellations can no longer be accepted.

4. PRODUCTION & LOGISTICS
Customized products require 2 business days for production, and will be shipped within 2 business days after production is completed. Delivery is expected within 8 business days.

4.1 Delivered Duty Paid (DDP): For all orders bound for Europe, we operate under DDP terms. We take full responsibility for all import duties, VAT, and administrative customs fees. You will not be required to pay any additional charges upon delivery. We will notify you via email once your order has successfully cleared customs.

4.2 Delivery Investigations: If your order exceeds the standard transit time, please contact us. We will initiate a formal investigation with the carrier. Should the shipment be confirmed as significantly delayed or lost, we will provide a full refund or a replacement at no additional cost to you.

5. TRANSFER OF RISK & OWNERSHIP
In compliance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive, the risk of loss or damage to the goods remains with Gripsili until the items are physically delivered to you or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier). Ownership transfers to you upon successful physical delivery.

6. RETURNS & QUALITY ASSURANCE
6.1 Bespoke Nature of Goods: Under Article 16(c) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive, the standard 14-day “Right of Withdrawal” (no-reason return) does not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised. As our products are custom-manufactured to your design, they are ineligible for “change of mind” returns.

6.2 Comprehensive Quality Guarantee: While we do not accept returns for personalised items, we are committed to excellence. If your product arrives with even a minor manufacturing defect, damage sustained during transit, or a printing error caused by our facility, we take full responsibility.

No Return Required: You do not need to ship the damaged item back to us.

Resolution: Simply email our customer support with photographic evidence of the flaw. We will promptly issue a full refund or dispatch a replacement based on your preference.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
While we implement robust measures to protect our digital environment and ensure product quality, we do not provide absolute guarantees that our website will be uninterrupted or error-free at all times. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the goods sold. We shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

8. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Mexico, while respecting the mandatory consumer protection regulations of the European Union for customers residing within that jurisdiction.

9. AMENDMENTS
We reserve the right to update these terms to reflect changes in legislation or our operational processes. Continued use of the website following any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
