3. Do these mats leave marks or sticky residue on my floor? No. Gripsili mats utilize the natural physical grip of high-grade silicone rather than chemical adhesives. This ensures your floors remain clean and undamaged. We recommend lifting and cleaning under the mats periodically to maintain the best protective effect.
4. How do I clean my Gripsili silicone mats? Simply wash them with warm water and a mild detergent. Rinse thoroughly and allow them to air-dry in a shaded, well-ventilated area. Avoid using abrasive chemicals or prolonged exposure to direct sunlight.
5. How long will it take to receive my order?
Customized products require 2 business days for production, and will be shipped within 2 business days after production is completed. Delivery is expected within 8 business days.
6. What is your return policy?
Because every Gripsili product is custom-manufactured to your specific size and order requirements at our facility, we do not hold standard inventory. Therefore, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for “change of mind” or incorrect size ordering once production has commenced. However, if your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours. We take full responsibility and will promptly issue a full refund to your original payment method or dispatch a free replacement, without requiring you to ship the item back.
7. Does Gripsili offer custom sizes?
Yes, we specialize in custom-dimension mats tailored to your specific furniture. However, to maintain our strict commitment to intellectual property and original design, we only offer size and dimension customizations. We do not accept or print unauthorized third-party logos or copyrighted designs.
Please note: Because custom-sized orders are manufactured specifically to your unique requirements, they are final sale and non-returnable unless the product is defective upon arrival.
